Apple Sauce

APPLE   SAUCE





Apple Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 large apples
1/2 tbsp caster sugar
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp cold water

METHOD
*Peel apple then chop. 

*Combine apple with lemon juice and cold water in a         saucepan.

*Boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. 
 Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until apples soften. 

*Stir in sugar. Allow to cool slightly.

*Add some food colour if u like.

*Transfer mixture to a food processor and 
  puree until smooth. 

*Save sauce in a jar and serve with bread and
  toste as u like.

Store apple sauce jar in the fridge for up to 1 month.
